This conference will be focusing on Russia’s involvement in the Middle East and in the wider Muslim world over the past three decades. Papers related to the Russia-Muslim nexus in International Relations, the economic aspects of its policies, and attitudes towards its growing presence in the region since the Arab Spring are just as welcome.
