A new service of FID Middle East
A central focus of the work of the FID Middle East, North Africa and Islamic Studies is to procure and provide academically relevant literature from and about the Middle East. In order to make these valuable resources accessible to researchers throughout Germany, a Forschungsapparat has been established in the form of a long-term interlibrary loan programme. This service enables participating institutions to borrow books from the FID Middle East collection for a fixed period of up to six months. Access to the FID Forschungsapparat is requested by the management of the relevant institute or institution. The identifier issued after allocation can then be passed on to all authorised employees.
