If you are placing an order through Subito your orders will be delivered according to the Subito delivery conditions.
Article copies will be delivered within 72 hours. Delivery is possible either by e-mail, fax, or snail mail. The orderer carries the responsibility of compliance with copyright regulations.
If a document cannot be delivered the University and State Library Halle will notify the orderer by e-mail or fax within 72 hours, orderers who placed their order by snail mail unfortunately can not be informed .
Books published 100 or more years ago are sent to orderers from Germany and to foreign libraries after special agreement only. All items have to be returned to the library within 4 weeks from the date of delivery. Readers who want to keep an item for more than 4 weeks are asked to send a written application to ULB Halle.
Billing and Payment
All orders are legally binding. Invoices will be sent with the ordered documents and by snail mail. Payments should be made in Euros within four weeks. The personal data of the orderer are stored for a limited period of time and for billing purposes only. All information submitted by users will be handled with strict confidentiality. If you prefer a collective invoice for two or more items ordered, please type “collective invoice” into the “Comments” field of the electronic order form.
