Tips for using the website
1. you want to return to the start page?
Then click on the logo at the top right.
2. you want to search for a book?
Then click in the top left-hand corner in the "Search with MENASearch„.
Or you can also use this link to go to the Search.
3. you want to read the content in English?
Then click on the English flag in the top right-hand corner. The English flag looks like this 
This is the specialised information service (FID)
The University and State Library belongs to Martin Luther University and the state of Saxony-Anhalt. People can borrow books from the FID.
The FID wants to help people to access information and media easily.

The information desk is well versed in how to use the library. For example, if someone doesn't know how to borrow a book or where to find certain information, they can ask the information desk. The information desk will then explain how to proceed and help with any questions about the library.

FID offers training and presentations to support research and teaching. This means that it helps users to find their way around the library and find good books and information. The FID also offers courses on specialised topics such as scientific research or research data.
