The Valmadonna Collection of Hebrew and Jewish books from India, provided by Brill, is a unique and unrivalled source for the study of oriental printing and lithography, Hebrew poetry and liturgical history, Jewish-Arabic literature of the East as well as the folklore, traditions and popular writings of the Jews of South Asia.

This Brill/IDC publication makes the entire corpus of Indo-Jewish literature available to researchers for the first time.

Our specialised information service had a test phase of this product until 31 March 2023 for our subject-specific circle of users agreed.
